ZORD Heads to the Studio – Fourth Full-Length Album in the Works
ZORD is thrilled to announce that the band will enter the studio at the end of September 2025 to record its fourth full-length album. The recording sessions will take place at the renowned Denevér Studio in Szolnok, Hungary—an iconic site in the Hungarian metal scene, known for its raw and powerful production style, perfectly matching ZORD’s aggressive thrash metal sound.
This upcoming release holds special significance as it will mark the 25th anniversary of ZORD’s formation. Scheduled for release in late 2025, the album will serve as a celebration of the band’s quarter-century of relentless energy and commitment to metal.
The album will feature ten tracks in total: nine brand-new songs and a newly recorded version of the opening track from their third album. The re-recorded song was accompanied by a music video that premiered in June 2025 on the band’s official YouTube channel.
Working titles for the new songs include:
A True Character, Bonehead Gang, Intransigent Flunkee, Last Henchman, Sacred State, The Hate Club, Sixty-Heath, along with two more tracks to be revealed soon.
With this release, ZORD aims to honor its roots while pushing forward with renewed creativity and intensity.
More updates will follow soon, including behind-the-scenes footage from the studio, cover art reveals, and album release details.
Until then – THRASH ON!
